A Solution To The Digital Skills Crisis
“We realized that there is a big problem that needs to be solved. As you know, there is an unemployment rate of 10.2% in New Brunswick. At the same time, there are 2,800 computer-related jobs that no one can fill. In Moncton alone, 900 jobs and nobody can fill them. So we thought we had to solve the problem. We need to start at the beginning. We will help children in elementary school to start having so-called 'computer thinking', they begin to program...” explains Guyverson Vernous.
